Lamb Merguez Sausages (400g)


A heavily spicy North African lamb sausage with a little kick!

Our Merguez are hand-made from our own grass-fed lamb with an earthy blend of harissa, herbs and spices.

A BBQ favourite but brilliant in a casserole or tagine, served with cous cous and roasted vegetables.  Chop it into pieces and it makes a brilliant topping for homemade pizza!
