The rump is always seen as a second rate cut but we disagree. Our rump steak, cooked medium rare to medium over a high heat, has great texture and bags of flavour. Don’t forget to leave it to rest and then maybe served with a buttery, oven-baked jacket potato and a handful of watercress. Perfect!
