Sirloin Roast



Sirloin is the ultimate roasting joint: marbled and full of flavour. All our beef comes from our own herd bred and raised on the water meadows and chalk uplands of the Test Valley.  The herd is made of up of Belted Galloway and Black Angus cattle, both fabulous hardy native breeds known for the quality of their meat. Our steers are wintered outdoors and fed grass, hay, haulage only from the farm. The fact that they are slow to mature means that our beef has a distinctive flavour: the difference: like eating a tomato from the allotment or a tomato from the supermarket…there is simply no comparison!
