A box of Bere Mill grass fed beef, ready to cook or freeze.
This box is designed for three or four people…it will contain a range of beef cuts including but not limited to: a roasting joint (Topside, Silverside, Brisket), some steak (sirloin, ribeye, rump, featherblade, onglet, bavette), stewing cuts (diced, shin, stewing), mince. If you would like dog or marrow bones, please add in the comments and ask when you come in for collection.

Bere Mill beef comes from Belted Galloway, Aberdeen Angus and Shorthorn cattle, all fabulous native breeds that thrive outside. Our cattle are wintered outside. They are fed hay and silage made on the farm and are given rock salt for minerals. The fact that they are slow grown and fed on grass gives them their flavour. They are the steers that you se as you walk through the farm.
